Senior Relationship Manager.

We are seeking a rigorous, intellectually curious Investment Analyst to join ORO Investment Management, supporting the origination, analysis and execution of mandates across the ORO group.

ORO exists to serve sophisticated clients as a whole, not in parts. As an Analyst, you will sit at the centre of that promise — working alongside senior professionals on transactions and portfolios where the quality of your analysis directly shapes the outcome for the client.

The role

You will support the full lifecycle of investment and advisory mandates, from initial screening through to execution and ongoing monitoring. This is a hands-on analytical role with early exposure to clients and senior decision-makers.

• Build and maintain financial models, valuations and scenario analyses across a range of asset classes and transaction types.
• Prepare investment memoranda, pitch materials and committee papers to an institutional standard.
• Conduct market, sector and company research to support origination and portfolio decisions.
• Assist in due diligence processes, coordinating inputs across legal, tax and structuring specialists within the group.
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare clear, accurate reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.

What we look for

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity or corporate finance; exceptional graduates will be considered.
• Strong command of financial modelling, valuation and Excel; fluency with data and attention to detail.
• A degree in finance, economics, engineering or a comparably quantitative discipline; CFA progress is an advantage.
• Clear written and verbal communication — the ability to make the complex simple.
• Integrity, discretion and a genuine interest in long-term client relationships over short-term transactions.
• Eligibility to work in the UAE, or willingness to relocate to Dubai.
