Senior Relationship Manager.

We are seeking an experienced, client-focused Senior Relationship Manager to join ORO Capital, driving institutional and ultra-high-net-worth relationships across key GCC and international markets.

ORO exists to serve sophisticated clients as a whole, not in parts. In this role, you will represent the group’s integrated capabilities spanning corporate advisory, private markets, and wealth structuring.

The role

You will originate and manage key client relationships, advising family offices, corporate leaders, and institutional investors on comprehensive capital and structuring solutions.

• Originate new advisory and investment mandates across target market segments.
• Lead executive-level client dialogues and orchestrate multi-jurisdiction group capabilities.
• Maintain long-term client trust through disciplined execution and discreet relationship management.

What we look for

• 7+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or corporate finance in the UAE / GCC.
• Proven track record of managing substantial institutional or family office portfolios.
• Deep understanding of regional capital markets and regulatory frameworks (DFSA, ADGM, CBB).
• Flawless professionalism, integrity, and relationship-driven mindset.
